As one of the first developers at Flextribe, I've been part of building the platform from the ground up, helping the company scale from zero to seven-figure ARR. I led multiple projects end-to-end, from ideation and design to implementation. Notably, I proposed and developed the admin dashboard with integrations to Vercel and Cloudflare, streamlining customer onboarding.

Contributed to optimizing the onboarding flow, leading to higher conversion rates. Assisted in expanding the product subscriptions, involving significant refactoring of microservices and integrations. Helped maintain the frontend, microservices, and messaging systems to ensure platform stability and scalability.

Designed and implemented the improvement of the events module integrating with Leaflet to allow location-based search functionality and enhanced the overall user experience. Assisted in developing dynamic universes, enabling the creation of nytårsvenner.dk and festivalsbobler.dk.
